rollApp provides its users with the ability to create a new account, or sign-in to an existing account using their Google, Twitter, Facebook or other Open ID credentials. If you choose to use a third party ID to sign in to rollApp, the first time you select this option you may be prompted by the third party service to allow rollApp the privilege of being able to access/post content on/to your third-party service (i.e. Facebook). The third party service may also ask if you want to allow rollApp access to your email address and/or some other information. Accepting these requests allows you to use your third party ID credentials to access rollApp, and also signals your acceptance of rollApp’s Terms of Service. If you choose to revoke these privileges from rollApp, you can do so at any time by accessing the applicable applications settings under your third-party service.
If you sign up for rollApp with a social networking or a 3rd-party credential, such as with your Google, Facebook, Twitter or Amazon account, we will ask permission to access basic information from that account, such as your name and email address. When you use rollApp Services, we make good faith efforts to provide you with access to your personal information and either to correct this data if it is inaccurate or to delete such data at your request if it is not otherwise required to be retained by law or for legitimate business purposes. We ask individual users to identify themselves and the information requested to be accessed, corrected or removed before processing such requests, and we may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical (for instance, requests concerning information residing on backup tapes), or for which access is not otherwise required. In any case where we provide information access and correction, we perform this service free of charge, except if doing so would require a disproportionate effort. Because of the way we maintain certain services after you delete your information, residual copies may take a period of time before they are deleted from our active servers and may remain in our backup systems.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this Privacy Policy, the home page, and other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here, by email, or by means of a notice on our homepage.
